After four years working for an employer, and thereafter three years working with a business partner, Gerrie Janse van Vuuren established his own company, Silo Art Motion Stills in 2016.

 

Gerrie has experience in scriptwriting, cinematography and photography, specializing in landscapes, food and interiors. His work ranges from corporate films, music videos, documentaries and short films.

 

At Silo the aim is to offer clients new and innovative films by incorporating passion, skill and creativity by taking clients’ vision and turning it into a masterpiece.

Silo's aim and vision is to produce cinematic films that will set new standards in the South African film industry. We share the passion of each client and will provide a professional service from conceptualization right through to the final detail in the edit.

Silo is privileged to have a range of contracted specialists in areas of directing, cinematography, editing and animation that have been working with Gerrie on various productions over the last few years.
